		<description>Well i think it is always the time because the climate is very different from one place to another but it is better if you travel to the higlands betwen april to october and well, 
there are many places and many reasons to visit Perú: arqueological places, nowadays culture in cities and provinces, just to enjoy the nature or beaches..there is a magazine I relaly like about Perú it has really interesting articles about Peruvian Culture:

		<description>Yes Peru gives priority to education but there&#039;s no jobs for graduates beside the education it self is at low quality.

However it stills a good place for tourism and fun.

It&#039;s good to hear that  above 90% of the people is literate and it is customary for their country that children attend primary and secondary school. I think the government is giving  high priority to education, I hope that the government here in the Philippines will impose a high priority to education like in Peru.</description>
